I JUST SUED THE SCHOOL SYSTEM !!!

I love this guy. The real deal in my opinion. I've only just started following him and I'm going to really enjoy watching his career.

Throughout my 25 years of managing teams I have been continually amazed at the differences in productivity from individuals.  It was rare that I ever came across someone that I did not have to teach how to think.  Yes how to think.  Even more often I had to teach people the creative process and more often then anything else I was the first person to tell a staff member where their natural strengths lay.
